Stamping in the Rain

Happy Birthday!

Here is a special birthday card using the retired tropical set and DSP...so cute and it is getting me ready for Spring!  I used the VersaMark pad to stamp the flowers on the blue paper and markers to color my palm tree stamp.  I added some ribbon, raised my sentiment up on Stampin' Dimensionals and done!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here are my Valentine's Day cards for this year.  I used the new Red Glitter paper and polka dot embossing folder in the Big Shot along with the cute Tic Tac Toe stamp set with my markers.  I added one of the retired crocheted flowers, some pink ribbon and my sentiment inside my oval scallop and oval punches.  I used my marker to put little dots along the edge of the scallop to make it look more lacy.
Using a different flower...

One more flower.

All the pieces waiting to be put together...
Here are the cards I made for my first Demo swap.  I used the Big Shot Top Note die (my first time using it!), the polka dot embossing folder with the Big Shot also to emboss the whisper white paper as my base.  I used the soft subtles DSP to make my "quilt" pattern.  That was really fun to do!  Lastly, I added a pretty bow using that white taffeta ribbon (this ribbon is very easy to work with and makes into a bow easily) and a birthday sentiment using my new scallop oval and oval punches.  The main colors are pirouette pink and certainly celery.
"Quilts" ready to go through the Big Shot Top Note die.
Ready to be put together!
My Valentine's Day cards from last year using the Melon Mambo paper and polka dot ribbon.  I love that color!
These were some cute little boxes I made using the matchbox die for the Big Shot and a pack of Brights 12 X 12 paper.  They were so much fun to make!
I made about 26 of these, I think, for a swap...whew!
Here is a winter card I made using the retired felt snowflakes with Baja Breeze and Real Red paper.  I sprinkled the snow with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.  Very fun to make!
Here it is using opposite colors.  I think I like the top one best.

Bookmarks!

These are some bookmarks I made using the Sweet Pea felt flowers and retired paper set.  So cute and fun!
Here is a card I made a while ago using some pretty retired paper and the cute bird cage stamp.  This stamp set is retired, but there is a new one I like better.  This older stamp was hard to get color on the bird, while leaving the cage black.  The new set has the bird and cage separate...much easier to color!
